Overview
At Microsoft, we are reimagining how technical guidance is created and delivered. You’ll join a team that blends deep architectural expertise with AI-assisted systems to meet the evolving needs of cloud builders. Together, we empower developers, architects, and organizations to succeed on the Microsoft Cloud through modular, scenario-based content that reflects real-world use and adapts to global audiences. Our work is surfaced through agentic experiences and modern workflows, powered by Microsoft Learn.
We focus on creating authoritative narratives that reflect real-world architecture patterns, tradeoffs, and decision-making frameworks. We also provide production-grade code samples and templates that demonstrate best practices. Our curated libraries offer reusable code and guidance for domains like modernization, migration, and Artifical Intelligence (AI)-driven architectures. Additionally, we integrate AI into our content pipelines to scale expert-authored guidance. Together, we’re building the future of content that is agile, intelligent, and deeply aligned with customer needs.
As a Content Leader, you will lead a team of experienced content developers based in Ireland, driving high-impact, cross-cutting Azure initiatives such as modernization, migration, secure-by-design architectures, AI integration, and cloud governance. This role demands a strong blend of technical depth, people leadership, and systems thinking. You’ll set strategic direction, coach team members, and ensure the consistent delivery of modular, scenario-based content that reflects architectural best practices across diverse domains. You’ll also help shape next-generation content development pipelines that leverage AI agents and automation to scale quality and impact.
This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth through global collaboration and technical leadership. You'll develop deep business and architectural acumen across critical Azure solution areas and hone your skills in AI-assisted content systems and scalable content strategy. Additionally, we support flexible work arrangements, including partial or full remote options depending on role and location.
