Overview

Are you passionate about launching high-impact marketing moments that bring product announcements to life? We’re looking for a highly organized and strategic individual to lead the orchestration of Microsoft 365 Copilot’s most important announcements. This role is a unique opportunity to drive cross-functional alignment and operational excellence across public relations (PR), product, and marketing teams.

As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager - AI Business Solutions for moment orchestration, you’ll own the end-to-end planning and execution of key moments and news events—from internal readiness to external launch. You’ll manage the operational rhythm, build scalable processes, and ensure every stakeholder is aligned and empowered to deliver. You’ll also champion the use of Copilot and agents to streamline workflows and increase team productivity.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects, simultaneously, leading cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including public relations/communications, product, and marketing teams.
  • Experience connecting and translating strategy to execution, including moment and product narratives.
  • Experience working in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Understanding of marketing planning and execution across different engines.
  • Experience with launch planning, readiness reviews, and post-launch reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for operational innovation.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the orchestration of marketing moments and news events from strategy to execution in close partnership with product marketing, field & partner marketing, PR, and channel teams.
  • Manage moment playbooks, meeting cadences, and stakeholder alignment to drive leadership decisions forward and ensure launch readiness.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing Engines and Experiences (E&E) team to create and deliver content and scale marketing execution aligned to each moment.
  • Develop and implement measurement plans to evaluate moment performance and inform future planning.
  • Pilot and scale the use of Copilot and agents in marketing workflows to drive operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure messaging, creative, and content are aligned and delivered on time.
