We are seeking a Solution Play Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to shaping the future of marketing performance. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within the product marketing or product management discipline.
  • Experience with statistics, data science, machine learning, basic programming or applied math.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Data-driven focus with a background in business performance management, analytics and data science.
  • A significant understanding of marketing ROI, success KPI creation, and programmatic impact.
  • Strategic and impactful communication and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Finance: Partner with finance teams to track key performance metrics for our Solution Plays and deliver accurate, insightful business reporting each month.
  • Business Performance Management: Lead AI Business Solutions (ABS) business performance reviews in Senior Leadership forums, ensuring transparent and precise metric tracking and reporting.
  • Solution Play Excellence: Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measure program impact, and analyze marketing Return on Investment (ROI) for the ABS Solution Plays. Work together with Play Leads to support data-driven decisions and foster agile feedback loops.
  • Cross-Solution Play Impact: Spearhead efforts to measure and maximize the effectiveness of cross-solution marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
  • Market Insights: Collaborate with other analytics teams to optimize marketing reach, refine our targeting, and improve the business impact across the customer journey.
  • Executive Insight Communication: Deliver concise, executive-level communications — both written and verbal — to share key insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Copilot & Agents Flash Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of the Copilot & Agents Flash, a monthly update highlighting business performance and major marketing initiatives.
  • Monthly Reporting: Oversee the creation and distribution of the AI Business Solutions Flash, a monthly update highlighting business performance and major marketing initiatives.
