Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Data Center Business Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, drive compliance initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and lead strategic projects. This role will act as a key connector across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational excellence, and adherence to compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage third-party facilities vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance with operational standards.
- Oversee the financial and commercial aspects of site contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Provide financial oversight for data center operations, including PO and invoice reviews.
- Prepare quarterly spend review materials and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with field operations to align on business priorities and service levels.
Compliance & Governance
- Support the team’s rhythm of business (ROB), including planning, meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items.
- Lead internal initiatives related to compliance, safety, and audit readiness.
- Monitor adherence to organizational policies and privacy standards.
- Act as liaison for executive engagements and cross-functional collaboration.
Performance & Metrics
- Track and report on KPIs, OKRs, and SLAs related to program success, adoption, and impact.
- Support the team in defining and measuring performance goals.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate visits, off-site events, and internal communications.
- Maintain and update the campus SharePoint site and key documentation (e.g., handbooks, playbooks).
- Execute a diverse range of managerial, administrative, and business-related duties to support data center operations and the DC Ops team.
Project Management
- Lead or support special projects.
EHS – Environmental, Health, and Safety
- Support the implementation of EHS programs and policies on site.
- Support communication between site teams and the EHS Advisor.
- Ensure that all EHS documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
- Keep track of incident reports, safety audits, and inspection follow-ups.
