Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a full stack engineer.
  • At least one year of experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning with an exposure to GenAI or prompt engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in C#, React, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.

Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
  • Experience working on Microsoft Admin Center (MAC).

Software Engineering IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Help Microsoft 365 Customers Deploy and Adopt M365 apps efficiently and get to faster time to value.
  • Develop and maintain tools to help customers migrate their contacts, emails, and content from competing platforms (such as Google Workspace, Box, etc.) to Microsoft 365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, design, and implement software solutions on an agile basis.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects.
  • Engage with other teams to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to deliver value to our customers.
  • Architect GenAI solutions that drive organizational efficiencies and rapid onboarding/adoption experiences for our customers and partners.
