Senior HR Business Partner – France & Cross-Country Portfolio
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our France and Europe North HR Leadership Team.
You will support our Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) business in France while contributing to strategic initiatives and workstreams across France, Europe North, and EMEA.
This role will work closely with a variety of leaders and business teams and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives and Microsoft culture. This role is not tied to a specific leader but is topic and expertise-oriented, working in close collaboration with other Snr HR Business Partners, in the region and beyond.
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will bring deep business acumen, systems thinking, strong project management skills, and ability to influence across a complex set of stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Human Resources Business Partnering in France and across Europe
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field experience in working with multiple business units and countries
- Proficiency in French and English (written, reading, and speaking).
Preferred Qualification
- Experience partnering with a broad network of clients and HR peers to deliver effective business solutions.
- Passion for driving and landing change.
- Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capability to balance strategic priorities with operational needs.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partner for Business
- Align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Develop, drive, and cascade the Area People Plan aligned with EMEA and global people and business priorities and focus on high-impact opportunities to enable the business strategy.
Org Effectiveness
- Conduct organizational diagnostics using a data-driven approach.
- Leverage internal and external insights to identify improvement opportunities and partner with leaders to drive these initiatives.
Change Agent
- Lead and manage ongoing change initiatives & partner with business for Fiscal Year landing.
- Accountable for supporting the business with org design & planning
Talent Management
- Critical Talent development and retention. Succession planning at scale and alignment with Talent Acquisition on external talent attraction.
- Enable proactive sustainable talent management partnering with the Talent Management Team for all identified talent pools, e.g. technical talent, Early in Profession etc.
Enable High-Performing teams
- Monitor organizational performance and leadership effectiveness, develop and implement strategies to enable leader and manager accountability for high performance
- Hold leaders accountable to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
