We’re looking for a talented and passionate Graphic/Visual Designer with a strong focus on presentation and communication materials design to help shape storytelling for the next wave Microsoft AI Monetization and Copilot products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on crafting compelling visual narratives and delivering high-impact storytelling through presentations and supporting visuals.

You’ll be responsible for driving the end-to-end process of creating clear, engaging, and visually polished presentation materials. This includes setting the creative direction and executing high-quality design work that aligns with our design principles. While this is not a product design role, your work will be instrumental in communicating product vision, strategy, and progress across a variety of audiences.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)
  • 4+ years' experience creating visually solid presentation decks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to own visual storyelling through presentation decks that focus on context and high craft through art direction
  • Ability to lean distill complex material into decks that tell a compelling story
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with designers, writers, stakeholders and more to generate images, gather context and more to support the story
  • Experience working in tight concert with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience with building decks on both PowerPoint and Figma slides

Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
