The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.
The AI Business Solutions Global Customer Success team is looking for an AI Business Solutions Delivery Lead - Americas to lead our growth plan for our AI Business Solutions portfolio.
This role will partner closely with the AI Business Solutions Core team across Global Customer Success (GCS) and in partnership with global field leaders. It will also work with key partner organizations including Finance, Sales, FastTrack and ISD to optimize the business and drive key initiatives both regionally and scale outbound globally.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
Additional or preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience in, Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
- Previously have experience as a Business Architect, Product Marketing or Customer facing role at Microsoft
Sales Strategy Enablement IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.

Responsibilities
Business Strategy
Develop a deep understanding of the AI Business solution portfolio and how it transforms our customer’s business priorities and objectives. Using that knowledge identify key drivers to enhance the outcomes delivered by the AI Business Solutions portfolio. Align closely with internal teams including Business Architects, Sales Teams, Marketing and finance to ensure rapid adoption and deployment of key programs and initiatives.
Problem Solving & Judgement
Synthesizes understanding and findings quickly to determine best practices and/or adjustments needed. Workign directly with other teams develops optiosn to scale quickly into other areas taking into account local conditions that could impact efficacy.
Communication
Communicates and advocates strategy and insights to senior business leaders (e.g., GM-level, CVP) and conveys viewpoints through simple and consistent frameworks. Use executive presence to drive influence for broader execution at scale. Communicate changes clearly to stakeholders and field teams. Delivers learnings, recommendations, and implications to senior executives to facilitate ongoing feedback loop.
Business Management
Show command of the overall AI Busienss Solutions Portfolio with an emphasis on AI Workforce. Understand key levers for growth, how they relate to the data and be able to prioritize which efforts lead to fastest customer adoption and value. Be the subject matter expert on regional performance with depth in each area that is either overperforming or underperforming, leveraging knowledge to impact regional performance and global performance based on learnings.
