As a Partner Solution Architect (PSA) focused on helping Partners and Customers’ Azure and Cloud & AI transformation within the Greater China Region (GCR) and collaborate across GCPS, ATU, STU, and BG teams, you will lead technical strategy, solution development, and partner enablement across Infra, Data, and AI workloads. You will collaborate with partners to co-develop scalable solutions, support specialization attainment, and drive customer success through MVPs and POCs and support regional execution priorities including PRC, HK, and TW orchestration. Qualifications
Required:
5+ years Partner and Customer facing role of technology-related sales, architecture, or partner management experience
Or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
Strong background and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft's cloud offerings (Azure, Github and other) or AWS,GCP relevance technology experience and quick learner

- Azure AI Foundry with mainstream LLM Knowledge
- DevOps with GitHub Copilot
Well Public Presentation and Speech skill is a plus
Familiarity with AI transformation, Copilot and Agent integration, and hybrid work enablement
Mandarin and English language are proficiency
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
Preferred:
- 7+ years of solution or services sales experience.
- Experience in GCR partner ecosystem and regional sales plays.
- Familiarity with AI transformation, Azure Innovate programs, and hybrid cloud enablement.
Responsibilities
- Build-With Execution: Lead partner engagements to co-develop repeatable industry/horizontal solutions, Practice, modernize offerings, and build Centers of Excellence (CoEs) aligned to Cloud & AI workloads and Well Architected framework
- Strategic Deal Enablement: Support solution assessments, Solution briefing, architecture reviews, POC and MVP development to unblock prioritized deals and drive customer success with Partners.
- Solution Activation: Drive first 3 customer wins from Build-With efforts, ensuring technical readiness and deployment success.
- Provide Technical Guidance and Support - Ensure successful implementation and optimization of cloud & AI solutions, Unblock partner strategic deals, enhance partner satisfaction and solution performance, to maximize the value of partner’ cloud investments and adapt efficiently to challenges.
- Governance & Planning: Participate in monthly governance councils, track partner progress, and provide feedback to improve orchestration and execution.
- Guide partners through MAICPP, Azure specializations, co-sell readiness, and GTM alignment.
- Support partner attainment of AI Apps, Infra, and Data specializations for program eligibility.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, Copilot, and hybrid work scenarios, guiding partners through solution design and implementation.
- Regional Collaboration: Align with GCR ATU, STU, and Channel Sales teams to orchestrate partner motions across PRC, HK, and TW.
