Overview
Data privacy has become a prominent concern in recent years. Governments globally are introducing new privacy laws, prompting companies to invest in data compliance to meet these requirements. This ongoing shift provides opportunities for organizations to develop solutions that address regulations and increase customer trust.
The Microsoft Security Platform's Data Governance and Privacy team focuses on data privacy initiatives. Since 2018, the Data Privacy Platform (DPP) team has provided internal products for Microsoft, running them at scale and with high availability.
