Overview

The Copilot Studio team is on a mission to supercharge agentic solutions for enterprise and personal productivity.

We are seeking a talented Principal Product Manager to design, build, and evaluate generative AI capabilities across the Copilot Studio experience. This role will empower makers and end users to harness the latest advancements in models, tools, multi-modality, and autonomous capabilities to solve problems at scale.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of industry experience using Generative AI, LLMs, quality evaluation approaches and frameworks.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Travel: Occasional travel (25% to 50%) is expected in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders, including executives, program leaders, directors, and engineers.
  • Capable of dealing with ambiguity and making decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to drive results through influence and leadership.
  • Team player with a demonstrated habit of sharing and scaling knowledge – either internally or externally – through documentation, presentations, videos, code samples, accelerators, etc.
  • Experience creating/building/deploying agentic solutions

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.

Responsibilities

• Be a product leader who deeply understands the enterprise customer and productivity scenarios to help deliver continued end-user value & drive adoption.
• Engage on technical challenges, constraints and blockers with state of the art AI capabilities for enterprise and personal productivity customers.
• Influence various product team owners to prioritize product features that are blocking customer scenarios by sharing feedback, explaining customer context & importance, effective communication and by leveraging senior leadership escalation, as necessary.
• Ensure Copilot Studio remains a market leader in agentic platforms for autonomous capabilities.
• Drive competitive evaluation of SOTA AI technology, staying ahead of the curve for latest advancements, adopting current solutions to new capabilities.
