We are the Windows Cloud organization at Microsoft ; our Product lines include Windows 365, a cloud service that introduces a new way to experience Windows 10 or Windows 11 to businesses of all sizes. Windows 365 takes the operating system to the Microsoft cloud, streaming the full Windows experience — apps, data and settings — to personal or corporate devices. Secure by design and built with the principles of Zero Trust, Windows 365 secures and stores information in the cloud, not on the device, providing a secure, productive experience for workers from interns and contractors to software developers and industrial designers. Generally available since August 2021, we now have millions of active users around the globe, through thousands of Enterprise customers.
We have exciting new opportunities in the Windows 365 engineering team to help customers take advantage of modern technologies to provide virtualized apps and desktops hosted on Azure.
As a Senior Product Manager - Windows 365, you will get an amazing opportunity to demonstrate leadership at both business and technology level. You will get to extend your knowledge of desktop virtualization and technical areas including Windows, Office, and our cloud-based management suite, and drive product improvements into Azure and M365. You will be part of a team designing new capabilities for our core products to enhance the value to our customer base. This will also include customer and partner meetings and a small amount of travel.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in product/service/project management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including successful product launches.
- 2+ years of experience designing and delivering Cloud and SaaS products.
- Practical understanding of generative AI and agentic work models.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building platforms for API partner integrations.
- Agile mindset with a proactive approach to ambiguity.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and product delivery.
- Background in operating systems, software, and services or similarly complex technical domains.
- Effective documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in business programs is beneficial.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Competitive and market assessment for new product features and consensus building with senior leadership on product strategy.
- Requirements analysis from Customers and other partner teams, identifying the main drivers of long-term growth in the area.
- Product/feature specifications development with i stringent focus on quality, performance, and ease of use.
- Collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Design and Support teams to develop feature prioritization and roadmap.
- Delivery of high value features in collaboration with Engineering.
- Speaking engagements at 1:1 and 1: many customer events for the specific area you are responsible for.
