Overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on Copilot Memory. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Microsoft 365 Copilot and our path for it to be your true personal assistant at work.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will define and execute marketing strategies that highlight the transformative impact of these tools, ensuring they meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. ​In this role, you will leverage your expertise to transform how teams across the world work together using AI, driving both inbound and outbound marketing efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives that showcase the unique capabilities of Copilot Memory. ​This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2 + years experience in product marketing experience in the technology industry
  • 2+ years experience creating and executing successful marketing strategies and plans for complex and innovative products with internal Product Teams and external audiences.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
  • OR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Copilot Memory emphasizing AI-enabled collaboration and productivity.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans that resonate with target audiences.
  • Drive demand generation and adoption through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and training sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for Copilot Memory, representing the products at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
