Overview

The ATS serves as the primary technology advisor for enterprise customers, driving digital transformation and aligning Microsoft’s technology capabilities with the customer’s business strategy. This role is pivotal in orchestrating technical resources, shaping long-term technology roadmaps, and ensuring customer success through innovation and adoption

Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in enterprise technology strategy, architecture, or consulting.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s cloud portfolio (with special focus on Azure D&AI) and industry-specific solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead complex engagements and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Experience in working within matrixed organizations and partner ecosystems
  • Fluent Polish

Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with CxO-level stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Innovation.
  • Understand customer business priorities and industry challenges to tailor technology strategies accordingly.
  • Lead strategic conversations that connect business outcomes with Microsoft’s cloud solutions.

2. Technology Strategy & Account Planning

  • Co-create and maintain the Account Technology Strategy as part of the broader Account Plan.
  • Define long-term technology roadmaps that align with customer goals and Microsoft’s solution areas (Azure, M365, Dynamics).
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, modernization, and optimization across the customer’s IT landscape.

3. Orchestration & Execution

  • Orchestrate internal teams (STU, CSU, Engineering, Partners) to deliver on customer outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment across solution areas and partner ecosystem to support customer transformation.
  • Drive execution excellence through structured engagement models and governance.

4. EA Renewal & Forecasting Support

  • Support Enterprise Agreement (EA) renewals by aligning technical strategy with commercial motions .
  • Ensure timely renewals and accurate forecasting to mitigate financial and operational risks

5. Community & Best Practice Sharing

  • Actively participate in the Europe North ATS Community, contributing to best practice sharing, role clarity, and peer learning
