Overview

The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a critical role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into local execution plans and driving operational excellence to achieve impactful results. This newly unified role merges the ATU Enablement and Program Landing functions to accelerate transformation and enablement across SE&O Asia.

As a senior leader managing the Enablement & Program Landing team, you will be responsible for assembling and guiding a newly formed, high-impact team with a broad scope across Field and ATU Enablement, Operational Program Landing, and Change Management. This role demands a strategic and inspirational leader who can foster clarity, cohesion, and empowerment across diverse teams and functions in Asia.

Your team scales across the region and is also deeply aligned with local market priorities while also ensuring the ability to scale programs and impact across Asia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • 10 years experience in Enablement & Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate degree
  • People management experience
  • Cross-regional experience

Responsibilities

🚀Program Landing & Change Leadership

  • Engaging the AVPs, OU SE&O and Field leaders to build alignment around key programs that the team will own and the end-to-end landing of strategic programs within the Operating Unit (OU)
  • Develop and execute a cohesive landing model for Asia, ensuring clarity and empowerment across teams.
  • Lead Area change v-teams to scale last-mile execution and drive adoption of transformational initiatives.

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build and lead a newly formed team focused on enablement, operations, and change management.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across geographies and business units.
  • Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members to maximize impact and growth.
  • Balance local responsiveness with regional scalability, ensuring the team delivers tailored solutions that can be adapted across markets.

🎯Segment Enablement & GTM Strategy

  • Partner closely with Core, GTM, and OU teams to curate relevant and impactful plays that drive revenue and ACR growth in local markets.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on processes and tools to optimize pipeline velocity and closure.
  • Lead cross-solution enablement efforts to enhance field agility and execution excellence.

📊Business Management & Insights

  • Monitor scorecard metrics and KPIs to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and business planning.
  • Identify white-space opportunities to unlock growth.

🧩Sales Strategy & Program Leadership

  • Lead strategic sales programs, defining goals, deliverables, and execution timelines.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and other stakeholders to drive joint planning and execution.
  • Conduct market analysis to validate strategies and inform decision-making.
