Qualifications

This role will be focused on the Federal Government and will need to be based in Canberra. Australian Citizens with security clearance required.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
  • 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experienc
    • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
    • OR equivalent eexperience
  • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Endpoint Management, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, etc.)
This position requires verification of Australian citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions applicable to the role and as a result, you will need to provide a valid passport to verify your citizenship.
NV1 Clearance is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineer you will be a trusted advisor to customers, driving long-term strategic direction and growing engagement at the CXO level. This includes, but not limited to:

  • Leadin hands-on engagements. Orchestrate proofs of concept, demo's, and architecture workshops that turn tech theory into contact-center reality.
  • Accelerating transformation. Migrate legacy CRMs, IVRs, and home-grown apps onto Dynamics 365 and Copilot-enabled Power Platform solutions, unlocking unified data, real-time insights, and AI-assisted service.
  • Crafting intelligent experiences. Use Copilot Studio to build, test, and deploy custom copilots that handle routine inquiries, surface contextual knowledge, and escalate edge cases to agents with full conversation history.
  • Influencing product direction. Feed frontline learnings back to engineering so Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio continue to delight customers.
  • Aligning to our customers solve business problems for our largest customers across multiple industries.
