Overview

Xbox is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for a beloved RPG (Role Playing Game) franchise. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next chapter of a globally recognized series and connect millions of players with unforgettable experiences. The ideal candidate has experience launching AAA games across console and PC, driving performance marketing throughout the product lifecycle, and using consumer insights to influence product features and messaging.


In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with studio teams to align product design with player needs, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and measure their impact. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the gaming landscape, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for innovation. You know how to build player-centric strategies, embrace new platforms and business models, and deliver results through focus, accountability, and creativity.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience launching and managing consumer-facing products in gaming, entertainment or related industry
  • 3+ years experience analyzing market trends to guide strategic investment recommendations
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with product, studio, marketing or related teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of video games marketing experience, ideally console and PC
  • Ability and desire to work onsite with studio and Xbox teams in Redmond, WA
  • Passion for gaming and entertainment
  • Ability to perform within a matrixed organization
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success leading and partnering with studio and creative teams
  • Experience delivering results in a cross-functional organization
  • Creative and strategic thinking

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
