Overview

Manage a deeply connected team dedicated to collaborating across Microsoft and with customers and partners to close win-win deals in the Japanese Market. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, optimizing deal structures, meeting customer needs and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing , or related field or related field AND 12+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Fluency in written and conversational English

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Deal Desk team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Serve as a key point of contact for sales teams, providing support and guidance on deal-related matters.

Management Responsibilities

  • Building a strong team founded on core culture values
  • Defining and measuring strategy and priorities
  • Instilling a culture of winning deals with an ownership mindset
  • Coaching and assisting with deal making
  • Advising on improvements to offerings, programs, contract negotiations and Field Sales processes
