Overview
Manage a deeply connected team dedicated to collaborating across Microsoft and with customers and partners to close win-win deals in the Japanese Market. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, optimizing deal structures, meeting customer needs and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing , or related field or related field AND 12+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Fluency in written and conversational English
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Deal Desk team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Serve as a key point of contact for sales teams, providing support and guidance on deal-related matters.
Management Responsibilities

- Defining and measuring strategy and priorities
- Instilling a culture of winning deals with an ownership mindset
- Coaching and assisting with deal making
- Advising on improvements to offerings, programs, contract negotiations and Field Sales processes
