This Partner Solution Sales Manager role is a strategic sales position focused on driving security solutions through our partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in partner sales, business development, or channel management within the security domain.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder engagements and driving consensus.
  • Experience with cloud security architectures, threat protection, identity and access management, and compliance solutions.
  • Experience in designing and executing partner enablement programs and go-to-market strategies.

Partner Solution Sales IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerating customer adoption of Microsoft Security technologies by enabling and empowering partners to deliver high-impact solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Lead security-focused initiatives across our strategic partner landscape. This is a partner-facing role, owning the overall business relationship between Microsoft and key security partners, with a emphasis on solution development, co-selling, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Own the partner engagement strategy for security, including joint business planning, enablement, and execution of go-to-market activities. You will collaborate closely with Microsoft field sellers, technical specialists, and partner development managers to ensure partner readiness and customer success.
