Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience of successful sales, partner/channel management, or consulting
- 4+ years experience in commercial hardware sales (e.g., PCs, networking, storage).
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND 5+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with partner economic models and channel strategies, with the ability to apply them effectively in diverse business contexts.
- Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams and contributing to meaningful transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and building collaborative relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
