Overview

We have an incredible opportunity for a driven, innovative leader to join our fast-paced Marketing Technology team and take ownership of one of Microsoft’s most critical capabilities — our demo platform. In this role, you’ll shape the strategy, roadmap, and operations of the tools that bring Microsoft products to life for sellers and customers around the world. Beyond platform ownership, you’ll play a pivotal role in centralizing demo strategy across the company, ensuring that sellers can deliver the right demo at the right time to accelerate deals and drive customer confidence. This is a chance to combine strategic vision, product management expertise, and martech innovation to redefine how our field, partners, and customers experience Microsoft solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering, driving alignment, enabling adoption, and ensuring measurable business impact. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, martech platforms, or marketing technology operations.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years technology/process improvement experience.

Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing development of martech platforms to support business priorities and growth. -Translate business needs into technical requirements, partnering with engineering, product, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. -Drive budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing financial management of martech investments, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable ROI. -Own change management and stakeholder engagement, aligning cross-functional teams on priorities, communicating platform updates, and ensuring smooth adoption. -Apply strong product management practices to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and deliver enhancements that maximize business value. -Monitor and evaluate martech platform performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved user experience. -Serve as the primary point of contact for martech technology governance, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. -Establish metrics and reporting to demonstrate the impact of martech capabilities on marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
