Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Planning and execution skills – for driving various events and offsites
- Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a can-do attitude
- High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Qualifications - Solid Project Management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Administration Role in IT Industry.
Responsibilities
- Rhythm of Business (RoB)
- Define, prepare and setup RoB in construction with leadership team.
- Taking meeting notes and tracking action items to closure.
- Manage All-hands, Townhalls, Customer visits, Events, etc.
- Business Operations
- Anticipate procurement needs and plan for the same.
- Creation and tracking of purchase orders for vendors.
- Tracking of budgets and actuals
- Coordinate with various support teams RE&F, HR, Vendors, Finance, etc. on operational issues.
- Executive Support
- Support senior executives travel itineraries, calendar, expenses, etc.
- Support end to end logistics and schedules for our external/internal executives. including coordination with various levels of globally distributed teams.
- Team Support.
- Executively plan and organize team morale events.
- Tune into the pulse of the teams and anticipate their needs ahead of time and plan.
