We have exciting new opportunities in the Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop engineering team to help customers take advantage of modern technologies to provide virtualized apps and desktops hosted on Azure.

As a Principal Product Management Manager in Windows 365, you will get an amazing opportunity to demonstrate leadership at both business and technology level. You will get to extend your knowledge of desktop virtualization and technical areas including Windows, Office, and our cloud-based management suite, and drive product improvements into Azure and M365. You will be part of a team designing new capabilities for our core products to enhance the value to our customer base. This will also include customer and partner meetings and opportunities to travel.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) people management experience.

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management and shipping products experience.
• Committed to bringing customer satisfaction and value to our customers
• Experience driving up customer satisfaction
• Experience developing and improving a team culture
• Experience managing product managers
• Experience navigating and clarifying ambiguous assignments
• Experience working with virtualization or endpoint management
  
• Experience with documentation, cross group collaboration and presentations

Product Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
