Qualifications

Minimum Experience

  • 9+ years of building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers. Equally considered will be 5+ years of experience driving digital transformation from within the enterprise customer.
  • Experience developing and overseeing the execution of strategic territory and account plans.
  • An understanding of how to build a technical strategy and roadmap, gaining executive buy in and how to orchestrate a team to execute against that.
  • Knowledge of a range of technical solutions such as AI, cloud platforms, applications, security, and productivity tools.

  • Experience coaching or managing sales or technical team
  • Experience in leading/orchestrating diverse v-teams

  • The Senior Account Executive sets the strategy, drives action and progress towards strategic objectives and value realization, by solving for the customers business outcomes with multi-year goals.
  • They bring innovation and ideas, creating new initiatives for business value through technology capability towards digital transformation.
  • They own the trusted CXO level relationships and deep networks in business and are the visionary that takes their customers leaders on a journey using industry and business acumen to make those dreams of today, tangible business outcomes of tomorrow.
