Gaming, the largest and fastest growing category in media & entertainment, represents an important growth opportunity for Microsoft. We are leading with innovation, as highlighted with Gamepass, bringing Xbox to new devices and experiences, and with our acquisition of Activision Blizzard King we are unlocking exciting new possibilities for players.

The Xbox Developer Relations team is looking for a Senior Developer Partner Manager who wants to make a real difference at the heart of game development by owning and managing relationships with leading games, middleware, engine, and services developers. We are looking for people who love to work in ambiguity, are curious, and want to solve issues. Ideal candidates will have an interest in learning new things every day, able to influence strategy, and will have a great sense of empathy for developers. Working closely with other members of Xbox and other internal Microsoft teams, this role will be an important part of our global organization.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals.
