Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Exemplary design and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of engineering excellence at scale.
- Experience with web fundamentals, application performance analysis and improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, share and improve.
- Proven track record as a strong performer with significant direct technical contribution.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- 7+ years of experience in building on web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS / ReactJS / AngularJS / Electron).

Responsibilities
- Driving critical design initiatives, being accountable for shipping a complete product that succeeds with our customers.
- Designing, owning, and shipping software, writing secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Syncing with other teams for product features that span across teams and geographies, figuring out dependencies and driving them to completion.
- Solid understanding of the software development cycle.
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and adopt solution from within the company or from the Open-Source community.
- Strong problem solving & debugging skills.
