Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in information technology (IT) training/consulting/support, technology solutions, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

English Language Proficiency.

Additional qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and EHR systems.
  • Adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Technical proficiency with healthcare applications.
  • Communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.

Other requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate people with experiences with facilitation excellence, training, user experience management, change management, project management that align with customer expectations and drive consumption.

The Clinical Applications Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for healthcare professionals on clinical software applications. This role ensures clinicians can effectively adopt technology to improve patient care and streamline workflows
•Deliver both in-person and virtual instructor-led courses on clinical software applications. Offer hands-on activities with exercises and simulations to promote practical skills.
•Develop and revise curriculum materials, user manuals, and reference guides to reflect application changes. Craft meaningful exercises and scenarios to support effective learning.
•Support Adoption and Workflow Integration: Assist clinicians in incorporating solutions into their daily routines. Join/perform workflow analysis sessions and customize training methods to fit specific clinical settings.
•Evaluate Training Outcomes: Monitor post-training utilization and adoption rates to measure effectiveness.
•Serve as a Subject Matter Authority
•Work alongside project teams to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
