Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience. Additionally, 2+ years of experience with relevant technologies such as cloud, infrastructure, and the Microsoft platform are needed. Knowledge of the Healthcare industry is a plus.
English Language Proficiency.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience OR 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience, along with 3+ years of experience with relevant technologies
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Responsibilities
We are looking for passionate people with experiences with problem solving, leading technology decisions, formal presentation delivery, negotiation and planning efforts coordination that align with customer needs and drive consumption.
-Leading technology decisions as a trusted advisor to align requirements with the business vision and collaborating with customer success account managers.
-Coordinating planning efforts to meet customer needs and drive consumption of Microsoft products.
-Reviewing customer feedback to improve satisfaction and engagement with stakeholders.
-Identifying customer needs and recommending technical solutions, serving as an escalation resource for other consultants.
-Advocating for labor standards and documenting labor activities for operational excellence.
-Updating technical and professional skills and continuously learning new technology.
