As an AI Workforce Global Black Belt (GBB), you will lead customer conversations to drive adoption of M365 Copilot and Copilot Chat solutions. You’ll work with business leaders, IT, and functional decision-makers to help them reimagine work, scale usage, and create success stories that inspire broader adoption. In this role, you will become a trusted advisor on AI-driven productivity, helping organizations achieve more through the AI-powered workplace.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field AND 8+ years relevant experience
- OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years relevant experience
- 6+ years solution or services sales experience
- 3–5 years consultative selling experience with senior business decision-makers
- Experience with Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, and device management
- Experience driving adoption of productivity solutions and aligning AI/Collaboration tools to measurable business outcomes

- Lead customer engagements to help organizations adopt and scale M365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unlocking measurable productivity and business impact.
- Drive high-value deals by building the business case for AI in the workplace, influencing executive decision-making, and aligning adoption plans to organizational goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in AI Workforce solutions, guiding customers through use cases across functions (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.).
- Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and adoption programs showcasing how Copilot transforms daily work.
- Collaborate across Microsoft sales, engineering, and partner teams to orchestrate adoption and ensure long-term customer success.
- Share field learnings, mentor peers, and provide feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategies for M365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.
