  • Lead solution strategy and sales for Dragon Copilot across hospitals, academic medical centers, and large healthcare systems.
  • Apply your domain knowledge in healthcare SaaS platforms, workflow optimization, and software sales to drive new business in Strategic, Major, and Education markets.
  • Showcase the value of AI-powered tools through compelling presentations, negotiations, and consultative selling.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling healthcare technology solutions, including AI-powered documentation tools, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or other enterprise-level platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering strategic presentations and communicating effectively across all levels of a healthcare organization including stakeholders such as Chief Medical Information Officers (CMIO), Chief Information Officers (CIO), Chief Nursing Officers (CNO), and departmental directors involved in clinical documentation and workflow optimization.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Sales Experience (MSX) lead and opportunity tracking.
  • 3+ years of experience selling healthcare solutions into Strategic, Major & Education healthcare markets, including hospitals, academic medical centers, and large healthcare systems.

Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.

Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,000 - $222,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300 - $239,800 per year.
