Overview

If you want to play a role in driving agents and agent creation, now is your chance to join the Copilot Studio Product Marketing team. Agents are transforming every business process, and key to how customers customize Microsoft 365 Copilot. In this role, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Studio and Agents with an understanding of building agents from both Copilot Studio and pro developer tools, who can drive product marketing for extending Microsoft 365 Copilot with agents.

To be successful, you should be able to define and execute a product marketing plan based on a solid understanding of the systems and components of building agents including Copilot APIs and Copilot Connectors as well as how users engage agents from within Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll work closely with your engineering counterparts to understand roadmap and key feature launches. You’ll engage with Business Development on how partners build hero agents for use in Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll partner with marketing peers on how we tell a unified story across agent development tools. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Product Marketing Manager capacity.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience building agents or AI Systems using tools like Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry.


Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Define product truth for Copilot APIs for the pro code development of declarative or custom engine agents and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot into partner services.
  • Build product strategy and product marketing for how agents are used within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.
  • Execute marketing in support of strategic 3rd party agents that integrate with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Make sense from often ambiguous environment and effectively prioritize your work.
  • Show proven ability to get deep on new products in a dynamic/constantly changing area.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer narratives.
  • Be outcome orientated and leverage the work of others.
  • Demonstrated proven project management and v-team leadership experience.
