Overview
Microsoft ISV customers are unique; in the sense they are both customers we sell to, and partners we co-sell with. To support the ‘sell to’ motion, these enterprise customers require streamlined sales, account, and technical enablement processes and resources. To support the ‘sell with’ motion, these customers need support in access to Microsoft’s broad base of industry customers, strong partnership and alignment with our GPS team, in addition to taking advantage of all of our partner products and services. As tech centric organizations, ISVs expect technical depth across common scenarios and access to PG via a “level 300”, single named source.
We’re looking for exceptional Cloud and AI sales talent to be part of an exciting new EMEA motion to lead the development and growth of the EMEA ISV business.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Depth: Azure architecture, AI services, data platforms.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to influence technical decisions and close deals.
- Certifications: AI-900 or higher, Azure technical certifications.
- Experience: Cloud/AI solution selling or technical consulting.
Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership
- Lead conversations with business and technical decision-makers to position Azure and AI solutions.
- Orchestrate workshops, demos, and envisioning sessions to showcase Microsoft’s AI capabilities.
- Act as the Voice of Customer internally, providing insights to product teams.

Solution Strategy & Deal Acceleration
- Own the technical win strategy for opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer priorities.
- Address technical blockers and provide architecture guidance for cloud migrations and AI integration.
- Drive next-best-action execution to generate incremental pipeline and accelerate consumption.

AI & Cloud Expertise
- Advise on modernising data estates, enabling AI-readiness, and deploying AI agents and platforms.
- Promote Copilot, Azure AI services, and data-driven innovation across customer scenarios.
- Maintain certifications such as AI Fundamentals (AI-900) and advanced Azure credentials.

Collaboration & Scale
- Work closely with partners to scale solution delivery and technical enablement.
- Educate customers and partners at scale through presentations and reference architectures.
