Microsoft Americas’ Enterprise Partner Solutions Americas (EPS) team energizes and leads the talented ecosystem of partners essential to billions of users that power, enable, and innovate with millions of organizations. The organization’s charter is central to Microsoft’s entire cloud portfolio, and we have ambitions to do much more, especially with our trusted ecosystem partners. This team primarily works with System Integrators (SIs) and Software Development Companies (SDCs) to bring Microsoft’s mission to life.

We are looking to hire a Partner Success and Experience Lead, Enterprise Partner Solutions, Americas to build strategy and prioritize how to improve and simplify the engagement of partners in the Microsoft Americas ecosystem.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of enterprise experience in any of the following areas:

    • Partner Ecosystem Strategy: Define and develop business requirements aligned with organizational goals and processes to strengthen the partner ecosystem.
    • Solution Delivery & Enablement: Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that empower ecosystem partners and enable seamless collaboration with sales teams.
    • Technology Launch & Adoption: Drive technology launches and enablement initiatives for ecosystem partners and sales teams to ensure successful adoption and integration.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate with the business and converse with technology delivery teams.
  • Experience presenting to senior technology & business leaders on how technology can improve partner experience & deliver on business goals.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Cloud partner ecosystem including depth understanding of various partnering models and integration requirements to work with Distribution, Telco, or related.
  • Knowledge of market partner software offerings around enablement, PRM, incentives management, lead sharing.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science and MBA preferred

Business Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the current capabilities, experience, and state of technology infrastructure to facilitate key business processes with Microsoft partners providing insights on competitive landscape and needs of partners for integration.
  • Imagine and inspire others across the org to evangelize how foundational infrastructure can deliver on a great partner experience and accelerate revenues.
  • Develop recommendations & business requirements for the required tooling to improve and automate the experience for partners and members of the EPS & Microsoft sales team.
  • Work with various technology delivery teams within the Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions Group & worldwide engineering to ensure the voice of the partner ecosystem and Microsoft sellers is reflected in tooling and infrastructure roadmaps.
  • Lead with influential communication skills and comfort with engaging in partner focus groups, pilot testing, and building out effective launch plans of new partner functionality.
  • Drive accountability and roadmap for partner experience & success requirements aligned to priorities.
