Overview

The Geo-MCAPS HR Consulting team is a dynamic, globally distributed organisation that partners closely with the Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) globally and all other business groups outside of the US. This organization delivers transformative, scalable, and human-centred HR solutions. Qualifications

  • Required or Minimum Qualifications

    • 7+ years experience with Human Resources or Business programs/processes
    • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience with Human Resources/ Human resource consulting or Business programs/processes.

    Additional or Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven experience in people analytics, HR technology, or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and storytelling.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying the complex.
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
    • Experience with HR systems, data pipelines, and technical solutioning is a strong plus.
    • Collaborative Influence: Ability to build strong partnerships across HR, business, and technical teams; skilled at co-creating solutions in a matrixed environment.
    • Systems Thinking: Understands interdependencies between processes, technology, and people; anticipates downstream impacts and designs scalable solutions.
    • Solution Design & Innovation: Experience in designing user-centric processes or tools that balance compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft HR systems and tools.
    • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
    • Background in industrial/organizational psychology, consulting, product management, or business analysis.
    • Change Enablement: Comfortable driving adoption of new systems or processes through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
    • Agility & Continuous Improvement: Brings a mindset of iteration and learning; adapts quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining focus on long-term outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR data and technology initiatives, from discovery and design through implementation and change management within our Geo-MCAPS HR Consulting organization.
  • Translate complex data into compelling visualizations and narratives that influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools that support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational health.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and HR teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • Continuously assess and improve data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
