Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
  • 6+ years experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational leadership within a large, complex sales organization.
  • 6+ years experience leading sales strategy in the enterprise sales environment with the focus to drive initiatives that enhance sales force effectiveness.
  • 6+ years experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of a matrix organization.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
  • 7+ years experience synthesizing field insights and represent sales community needs.
  • 7+ years experience in stakeholder engagement across regions and disciplines.
  • 7+ years experience managing multiple priorities, driving clarity, and landing initiatives with measurable impact.
ales Strategy Enablement IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of One Services Sales, driving business performance, supporting Planning, and operational excellence, in close partnership with the field.
• Align with the VP and broader OSS leadership team on vision, strategy, and priorities for, ensuring effective communication and execution across the organization and with key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and programs that support the growth and transformation of the OSS business in field and corp.
• Foster a culture of trust and collaboration across OSS
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the VP and leadership team, providing feedback, insights, and recommendations to optimize business performance.

• Drives the architecture, development and strategy initiatives. Uses strategy plans to inform Planning, structure and business insights to predict business outcomes.
• Leads plans to ensure continuation of business at all times, including in adverse conditions in accordance with corporate guidance.
• Partners with field based Services Sales Leaders on planning and business strategy. Leverages knowledge of the business to drive Services Sales goals. Leads and oversees processes to ensure alignment across groups.

• Drives successful implementation of organizational plans and strategies (e.g., translates high-level strategic plans into concrete execution).
