Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience driving successful product and user experience solutions for complex systems which require deep synthesis of customer research and data and industry and UX patterns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to others, including leadership, in a clear, effective, and engaging manner.
- Experience aligning a disparate set of teams on a common strategy, goals, and set of objectives, leading by example to inspire collaboration, create clarity, and deliver success across customer, product, business, and culture.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive outcomes while applying new technologies and product knowledge.
- Customer-focused approach to feature design with an understanding of design best practices.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding product experiences by creating & driving execution of a multi-year vision and strategy.
- Define durable systems that support features we're building now and experiences we want to support in the future, working across disciplines to bring these experiences to customers.
- Work with creative and technical peers to deliver pitches, prototypes, experiments, specs, and features.
- Partner with cross-company leaders to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap.
- Define success metrics, designing and conducting A/B tests to measure the impact on objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Build healthy partnerships and working relationships, within our team and across Microsoft.
- Support the team to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment, staying focused on durable strategy while adjusting how we achieve our goals.
