Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, or administration work for executive/upper-level management.

5+ years of proficiency using Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and experience using OneNote, SharePoint Teams or similar collaboration tools.

3+ years of experience managing budgets for events, travel, and training.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.

Responsibilities


Provide strategic calendar and time planning support for senior leadership; align calendar based on manager’s style.

Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and understand business priorities to optimize leaders’ time.

Organize and support meetings, events, conferences, and team activities, including logistics and materials

You will oversee inventory management, participate in discretionary budget tracking and reporting, and own expense management.

Collaborate with Chief of Staff, Lead EA, peer EAs, and Business Operations to drive organizational effectiveness

Support business operations: budget management, reviews, leadership meetings, and team-wide events.

Exercise sound judgment with confidential information and ensure timely, accurate communication.

Understand and implement rhythm of business (ROB).

Manage headcount, space, and reporting using internal tools; coordinate space management and office moves.

Develop mentorship and peer relationships to support personal growth and growth of junior administrators for a positive and inclusive team environment.

Foster team morale and participate in admin and business operations communities
