At Gaming AI in Xbox, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the ML infrastructure and platform capabilities that power our AI stack in gaming. This role operates at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and gaming – shaping how we collect, process and, deliver signals that ground AI models, enhance player experiences and enable deep personalization.

This is a platform role – your work will enable AI capabilities across multiple experiences and teams.

This role requires deep experience in building platforms, with the ability to translate customer use cases into platform investments. Candidates should have a proven track record of product management on technical products, consistently applying sound judgment and execution rigor at the intersection of user needs and engineering complexity. They are collaborative and have a demonstrated ability to thrive in matrixed organizations, working effectively with a broad range of teams. They are energized by ambiguity and create clarity for themselves and the teams they’re working with.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
