We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager (PM) to lead the development of scalable measurement systems and experimentation frameworks for Copilot. This role is part of the Copilot product team, which enables rigorous, data-informed product development across the organization.
You’ll be responsible for building the infrastructure and processes that help product teams define success, measure impact, and learn quickly. Your work will directly influence how Copilot features are planned, evaluated, and iterated—accelerating product velocity and improving user outcomes.
Copilot is evolving rapidly, and our ability to measure what matters is key to staying ahead. This PM role will help teams focus on outcomes, learn faster, and deliver more impactful products—making it a force multiplier for growth and innovation.
About the Team:
This team of Product Managers exists to accelerate organizational growth and impact by enabling self-serve, structured, and actionable data insights. We partner with data science, engineering, and product leadership to elevate measurement maturity across Copilot.

Starting January 26, 2026, MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S., country-specific) of that location. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
Experimentation & User Measurement
- Own the experimentation platform
- Design and scale learning tests, guardrails, and holdout frameworks.
- Partner with DS and other Copilot PMs to improve experimentation culture and rigor.
Feature & Model Measurement
- Define and standardize success metrics for Copilot features.
- Build and maintain feature-level dashboards and metric packs.
- Develop insight templates to help PMs interpret data and drive decisions.
- Partner with embedded DS and product teams to ensure measurement rigor and alignment with product goals.
Feedback flywheel
- Operationalize feedback loops that help teams learn from shipped features.
- Build systems to track feature health, adoption, and success over time.
- Enable retrospective analysis to identify what worked and what didn’t.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5 years experience in product management OR equivalent experience.
- 3 years product management experience in data, platform, or measurement domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining and tracking product success, enabling data-informed product development.
- Experience working with data science and data engineering teams.
- Thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy building systems from scratch.
- Communicate clearly and influence cross-functional partners.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
