Role Purpose:
- Help customers prepare their data for AI and build secure, scalable, AI-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Lead strategic technical engagements: architecture design, proof of concepts, and production deployments.
- Ensure performance, resiliency, and security across mission-critical workloads.

- Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB, Purview.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, share best practices, and stay current with evolving trends.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Engage with customer IT and business leaders to understand data estate, priorities, and success measures.
- Design secure, scalable Data & AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead architecture design sessions, develop Data & Analytics roadmaps, and drive POCs/MVPs to accelerate adoption.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery results in collaboration with CSAM.
- Deliver repeatable IP to achieve targeted outcomes and accelerate Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR).
- Drive technical excellence for health, resiliency, security, and optimisation of mission-critical workloads.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers; share feedback with engineering teams and influence product improvements.
- Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with market trends and Microsoft’s evolving data and AI capabilities.
- Achieve advanced/expert-level proficiency in priority workloads:
- Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB.
- Demonstrate growth mindset: align skills to team/customer needs, contribute to technical communities, and mentor others.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Expertise in building enterprise-grade, cloud-based analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric (data warehousing, data lakes, lake houses, streaming architectures, cataloguing & governance, BI).
- Business fluency in English.
Preferred:
- Professional experience in a customer-facing role with sales and expansion accountabilities.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
- Experience creating PoCs and MVPs for data analytics solutions and migration initiatives.
- Broad technical experience in cloud solutions, foundational security, infrastructure, and network design.
- Appetite to integrate AI into analytical applications.
- Additional language: Spanish.
