Enable customers to modernize, automate, and scale their finance and operations on Dynamics 365 F&O by delivering accredited, repeatable, and outcome‑focused engagements that accelerate adoption and consumption, embed Copilot/AI responsibly, and orchestrate cross‑account delivery with account teams to realize measurable business value.The CSA for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is responsible for enabling customers to modernize, automate, and scale their finance and supply chain operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role drives technical intensity, accelerates adoption of ERP modernization, and ensures successful delivery of Unified and Enhanced Solution engagements. The CSA acts as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their Copilot and AI journey, aligning with Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership & Delivery
    • Deliver accredited engagements (Unified, VBD, MIP, EDE) for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations workloads.
    • Provide deep technical expertise on D365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Copilot Studio to unblock issues and accelerate account growth.
    • Configure and operationalize Copilot and AI plugins for ERP workflows without disrupting UI.
  • Customer Engagement & Value Realization
    • Lead technical discussions with enterprise customers to understand business needs and translate them into ERP modernization strategies.
    • Drive adoption and consumption plans aligned with Solution Plays such as Modernize ERP and AI Business Solutions.
    • Articulate business value and ROI for Dynamics 365 and AI-enabled ERP scenarios.
  • Integration & Innovation
    • Enable integration of Dynamics 365 F&O with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services for analytics and automation.•
    • Promote extensibility through no-code customization and embedded Power Apps.
    • Ensure secure and compliant deployments leveraging Azure Active Directory and Defender for Cloud.
  • Skilling & Community Contribution
    • Maintain technical proficiency through required certifications and advanced skilling (e.g., Copilot Studio, AI Foundry).
    • Contribute to IP development, publish best practices, and mentor peers within CSA communities.
    • Participate in Solution Play execution and customer conversation practice sessions.
  • Compliance & Responsible AI
    • Uphold Microsoft Responsible AI principles in ERP and Copilot implementations.
    • Ensure accreditation readiness before dispatch and follow standard scoping and delivery practices.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven years experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
  • Customer Engagement
    • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (internal or external).
  • Tools
    • Proficiency with performance monitoring tools (e.g., DynePerf, TraceParser).
  • Certifications
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or Solution Architect Expert (recommended).
  • Technical Expertise
    • Proven experience as a Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations engineer, architect, or similar role.
    • Deep knowledge of D365 F&O architecture and development best practices.
    • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks (SQL tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies).
    • Familiarity with application deployment, server configuration, and infrastructure optimization for D365 environments.
  • Experience
    • Proficient hands-on experience in technical aspects of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2012.
    • Previous consulting and/or customer-facing role experience.
    • Skilled in delivering technical training and resolving complex application issues.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
