This Senior Technical Program Manager - Integration & Research, Scale AI Solutioning position centers on Asset Integration and Research. The focus is to drive adoption of our SAS assets—such as Solution Accelerators (http://www.accelerators.ms/) and Azure Verified Modules (https://aka.ms/avm)—among Microsoft Sellers and Partners, collect insights, and coordinate enablement programs that help sellers, partners, and customers advance AI solutions at scale.You will lead impactful internal campaigns tailored to specific learner groups, partnering with go-to-market enablement teams to identify adoption challenges and jointly develop strategies. In addition, you’ll lead targeted research initiatives to better understand the needs of our partners and business, including designing studies to pinpoint adoption barriers, analyzing engagement data, and distilling actionable insights. By working collaboratively with enablement teams and other stakeholders, you’ll ensure research findings inform strategy, promote continuous improvement, and enhance program effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities

Engage: Turn Customer Vision into Reality

Storytelling & Communication: Craft clear narratives, demos, and executive-ready materials that translate technical value into customer outcomes and business impact.

Partner & SME&C Enablement: Coordinate partner-facing bootcamps, meetups, and SME&C (Small, Medium Enterprise & Channel) information sessions; harvest patterns and use cases; and operationalize repeatability.

Field Collaboration: Collaborate with partner and field roles to land asset engagements; capture fit/gap signals and drive iteration.

Activate: Scale End-to-End Platform Value

Amplification & Enablement: Design landing resources (guides, playbooks, demos), run training and community rhythms, and drive adoption at scale across Marketing, Engineering, and Field teams.

Program Leadership: Orchestrate cross-functional v-teams and rhythm of business (ROB) cadences to plan, execute, and continuously improve enablement programs and campaigns.

Research & Insights: Establish structured feedback loops (internal partner roles & external partner organizations), conduct qualitative and Market research, and synthesize insights to inform roadmap and continuous improvements.

Measurement & Telemetry: Partner with research and insights team members to define KPIs, instrument telemetry, and publish regular scorecards to track adoption, CSAT, quality, and ROI; use findings to guide prioritization.

Speed to Market: Build Inspiring, Proven AI Assets

Asset Readiness: Partner with technical program management, design, and engineering to harden accelerators and deployment assets; ensure documentation, samples, and reference architectures are production ready.

Measurement & ROI: Tie asset outcomes to business impact (pipeline influence, cycle‑time reduction, deployment frequency) and use insights to prioritize next builds.

Asset Strategy & Lifecycle: Harvest use cases from partner engagements and develop them into repeatable reference implementations and scenario guides for build team use.



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • Proven ability to drive adoption at scale through resources, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Engineering, and Field.
  • Expertise in storytelling and enablement strategy with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise enablement platforms and event rhythms; experience building measurement and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and agility; early adopter of AI capabilities with a habit of sharing insights to accelerate customer success.
  • Experience with Solution Accelerators, Microsoft Foundry patterns, Azure OpenAI Service, and GitHub workflows.
  • Experience landing technical assets with field organizations, partner playbooks, and seller enablement channels.
  • Background in telemetry frameworks, ROI dashboards, and data-backed decision-making.
  • Proficient at facilitating executive reviews, community sessions, and enablement events (bootcamps, meetups).


Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
