Executive Producer - Learning Programming

Worldwide Learning is focused on upskilling the workforce on how to operate more effectively with AI. We’re building products and tools that make it easier for learners to surface relevant training materials, and developing world class live and on demand content that helps learners acquire and apply new skills. We’re looking for an Executive Producer to take ownership for our learning programming model to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth by expanding Microsoft’s presence across workforce audiences.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll serve as the Executive Producer for content programming within our agentic learning space, AI Skills Navigator. You’ll deeply understand learner needs, preferred content modalities and key topics, and lead the strategy for at scale content production, publication, merchandising, and audience acquisition. You’ll carefully consider learner feedback and work across stakeholders from product and engineering, learning and development, marketing, and more to define a programming calendar that enables us to rapidly develop and publish learning content. In this role you’ll serve as an essential part of defining how we equip the global workforce with the AI skills of the future.
In this role you will be responsible for following:
- Learning content programming strategy – Own our content programming strategy, building on learner feedback and trends, combined with industry best practices to establish a consistent flow of learning content within our learning product.
- Learner programming production model – Take ownership for our content production and curation model to facilitate rapid production, scalability, and relevance to the global workforce – spanning audiences from developers to business leaders to new grads and more.
- Editorial calendar definition –Lead our editorial planning process, facilitating a predictable and well understood flow of content so internal stakeholders can snap to the schedule, and learners know when and where to find skilling content.
- Content production & merchandising– Define new learning content needs, modalities, and target audiences, working production stakeholders to bring content to life within our learning product. Establish a content merchandising strategy to maximize engagement with our learning catalog.
- Program management – Work across various audience, product, learning, and go to market teams to track content production, curation, scheduling, workback plans and promotion.
- Audience Acquisition- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and communications to increase the number of learners we skill every month via highly engaging learning programming.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 7+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Learning IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
