Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Senior Partner Solutions Architect (AI&Data) to drive our partner’s security transformation within the EMEA Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team! This is a partner-facing role, owning the apps focused technical relationship and strategy between the partner and Microsoft.

You want to develop your skills on Azure Data and AI topics and improve your basic knowledge on various topic.

Enterprise Partner Sales, part of Microsoft’s Industry & Partner Sales (IPS) organization, is accountable for building and co-selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions and services, with our global Enterprise partners. Our Enterprise partner portfolio includes global systems integrators, advisories, high-value management consultancies (SI), independent software vendors (ISV) and software development companies - working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more.

As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect (AI&Data) you will play a pivotal role in guiding our most significant partners to designing and implementing innovative scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures that meet market needs. By leveraging your skills in technical leadership, cloud computing, problem solving and systems architecture, you will ensure that their solutions are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency.



Responsibilities

As a Senior Partner Solution Architect (PSA), you will serve as the deep technical SME to partners’ technical force & own the partner’s technical strategy plan for their Cloud Solution Area (CSA). Withing your responsibilities are:

  • Guide Solution Development & Activation - You’ll lead the development and activation of new or enhanced partner offerings that align with Microsoft Cloud priorities. Your focus will be on ensuring these solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and tailored to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Empower Innovation - You’ll run technical innovation workshops, tech briefings, and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams. By collaborating with engineering and product teams, you’ll help accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies and shape partner offerings that align with both business goals and technical requirements.
  • Strategic Sales Enablement - You’ll play a key role in activating transformational deals by providing architectural guidance, resolving technical blockers, and enhancing solution design. Your work will directly contribute to workload consumption and revenue impact.
  • Champion Technical Excellence - You’ll guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds. You’ll ensure that solutions follow Microsoft’s Cloud and AI best practices and are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management - You’ll build long-term engagements with strategic partners, influencing their adoption of Microsoft technologies. You’ll develop deep technical relationships with CXOs and foster executive alignment to support joint success.
  • Partner Enablement & Business Acumen - You’ll coach broader partner technical teams to ensure pre-sales, deployment, and consumption are embedded in solution development. You’ll help partners build resilience to technical challenges, navigate competitive landscapes, and translate technical concepts into business value.


Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND proven, advanced-level experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND demonstrated professional capability in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement, particularly in large-scale or global engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and build-to-consume engagements with partners
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing technology and IP‑based solutions or services, with strong knowledge of digital‑transformation drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends such as generative AI and SaaS offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across Data & AI topics with customers or partners, applying data‑driven architectural principles to guide solution design. Skilled in leading and facilitating deep technical discussions, providing strategic insight, and influencing decision‑making to drive aligned outcomes

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge on Data Engineering on both SQL, Spark, Postgre, MongodDB, pipeline orchestration (Fabric Data Factory, notebooks), batch & Real time Analytic
  • Minimum L300 knowledge on Fabric: Become an expert in pitching the value prop of unified intelligent data and analytics platform.
  • Minimum L300 knowledge in Azure AI platform (: Learn how to holistically pitch models as a service, tooling, AI ready infrastructure and Responsible AI.
  • Strong knowledge about Cloud Architecture Foundation (E.G CAF/landing zone, Well‑Architected Framework or similar frameworks)
  • Certifications
    • Azure fundamentals like AZ-900, DP-900, AI-900
    • DP-600 : Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or DP-700 : Fabric Data Engineer Associate
    • AI-102 : Azure AI Engineer Associate

Desirable Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge on Machine Learning Including Azure Machine Learning
  • Strong background and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform with a focus on Microsoft Azure
  • Certifications
    • AZ-305 : Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Knowledge on Databricks with some experience delivering MVP, POC or leading technical discussions with either customers or partners

Soft Skills

  • Architectural Leadership & Influence Without Authority: Ability to define a target vision, make technical trade‑offs, and gain stakeholder buy‑in (IT, business, security) in complex environments.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills (English): Simplify technical topics for executives, craft clear architecture documents (ADR, design docs), deliver compelling storytelling, and lead workshops and whiteboarding sessions.
  • Customer & Business Impact Orientation: Translate business objectives into measurable data solutions (time‑to‑insight, reliability, cost), drive PoCs or MVP
  • Consultative Mindset & Challenger Approach: Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, compare Microsoft and non‑Microsoft options, and recommend pragmatic adoption paths.
  • Cross‑Team & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with PSAs, CSAs, PTS, and integrators (GSIs/ISVs), co‑develop reusable IP, and share best practices
  • Continuous Learning (Growth Mindset): Stay current on Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Data & AI governance, and participate in skilling plans (badges/Flight Plans).
  • Integrity & Compliance Awareness: Respect confidentiality, ensure GDPR/privacy compliance, and maintain fairness in technology evaluations.
  • Leading an audience speaking on small to large events
