Responsibilities
  • You will be part of the MSAI (Microsoft Search, Assistant and Intelligence) team focusing on AI experiences and working closely with our partner developer teams across the globe who are building various capabilities that helps our users find and do easier than ever before.
  • You will need to communicate with customers and multiple development teams regularly, understand their pain points and needs, and translate them into the product requirement for our team.
  • Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Understand user problems and needs through data analytics, user studies and competitive analysis.
  • Working with partner teams to design and build AI user experiences on top of some of our most influential endpoints.
  • Actively manage the internal and external partner engagement by building trusted relationship, addressing the customer needs, consistently communicating the progress and managing the stakeholder expectations.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling data platforms or analytics solutions for large user bases.
  • Solid background in data-driven product design and development.
  • Experience with consumer-facing AI or data products is highly desired.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
