Cloud and AI Solution Architect - Infratsructure - Sydney/Brisbane
Microsoft
Bring your cloud and AI engineering talent to our team and shape Australia’s future as you architect Azure Infrastructure at scale for major retailers and public sector organisations, innovating and powering the services Australians use every day.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more. We bring this mission to life through a growth mindset, a culture built on respect, integrity, and accountability, and an environment where every individual can thrive.
The Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organisation exists to help customers realise business value faster through differentiated customer experiences powered by Microsoft technology. Our people play a central role in delivering these outcomes by guiding organisations through complex cloud transformation journeys.
As a CE&S Cloud and AI Solution Architect specialising in Infrastructure, you will own the end‑to‑end technical relationship with customers and guide their adoption of Microsoft Azure infrastructure services in the most effective way. You will design secure, scalable, resilient architecture patterns and lead customers through modernisation, optimisation, migration, and hybrid cloud deployments. You will connect customer needs with the right Azure capabilities and create sustainable, high‑quality outcomes that accelerate their cloud journey.
This role is perfect for someone who is hands‑on with technology while also excelling in customer leadership, architectural influence, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work across complex and high‑impact Azure Infrastructure workloads throughout Australia and New Zealand, guiding them from inception through to delivery.
You will collaborate with a highly skilled team of like‑minded peers who will challenge and support you as you deepen your technical leadership and deliver innovative Azure solutions that shape outcomes for major retailers and public sector organisations across Australia.
This role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.
Flexible work arrangements are supported in this role.
If you meet most but not all the requirements, we encourage you to apply. Our team values diverse perspectives and potential as much as experience.
