Are you a Business Program Manager looking for an opportunity to impact business operations for a portfolio of products? As a Business Program Manager reporting to the GXP Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience during our AI-native transformation. In this role, you will influence leadership decisions, design and execute employee experience programs, and enable product teams to thrive in an AI-driven world. Success means measurable improvements in engagement, learning adoption, and cultural alignment. You’ll combine strategic thinking with execution, leveraging storytelling and data to deliver impact while fostering an inclusive environment where every voice matters.

This position calls for exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, along with experience in managing learning programs. Success in this role requires experience with learning programs and a deep understanding of the day-to-day needs of product managers, engineers, and scientists as they navigate the shift to AI-driven workflows. You will need strong program planning, execution, and analytical skills, combined with storytelling expertise across multiple media formats. Responsibilities
  • Foster a thriving, global org through learning programs, culture initiatives, and related leadership communications to the org about these.
  • Lead the strategy, launch, and continuously improve employee experience programs, including learning, manager excellence, culture, onboarding, and events related to our AI-native transformation.
  • Oversee budget planning and execution for employee experience initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and agility in response to evolving needs.
  • Define success through measurable improvements in employee engagement, learning adoption, and cultural alignment. You will track criteria to measure performance and success (e.g. sentiment, OKRs) to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to promote programs, share results, and drive engagement. This includes planning the cadence of meetings, initiatives, and communications to ensure alignment and maintain engagement.
  • Form and rollout learning programs related to organizational ambitions like building AI skills (strategic framework, planning cycle, developing agents, building responsible AI solutions, AI skills like evals, authoring code with AI including using 3rd party tools, and culture).
  • Produce digital assets (video, slides, Engage, documents, etc.) and coordinating with people to improve existing assets.
  • Explore innovative approaches to enhance employee experiences during the product journey through AI agents.
  • Contribute to culture program associated with above, including evaluating options and implementing an Employee recognition effort.
  • Coordinate and produce content for the organization’s weekly newsletter, Town Hall, etc.
  • Coordinate champs and their participation in central efforts like Global Hackathon, FHL, and Give.
  • Lead onboarding of new employees and interns, talent mobility, and Career Hub.
  • Leverage your expertise of stakeholders to execute tasks, as well as manage and refine expectations and priorities. You’ll also identify opportunities to enhance employee experiences and public perception, as well as anticipate and respond to factors to uphold our culture.


Qualifications

Require Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • High capacity for multitasking, context switching, able to manage multiple, high-stakes projects simultaneously under deadline constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize the complex - able to take multiple, complicated, disparate inputs and transform it into simple, clear, succinct actions and initiatives.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint site creation and editing; advanced knowledge of Excel, and video editing.
  • Experience with implementation of learning programs.
  • Understanding of the day-to-day needs of product managers, engineers, and scientists as they navigate the shift to AI-driven workflows.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
