Microsoft CELA (Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs) AI & Research is seeking an Executive Business Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment to join the team. Responsibilities
  • Provides strategic calendar management and time planning support, while upholding the highest degree of integrity (e.g., highly sensitive, highly confidential topics) and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, and team events with precision and creativity.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries to maximize productivity.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison across teams, ensuring timely flow of information and fostering strong connections.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, helping leaders stay focused on strategic goals.
  • Partner on headcount planning, onboarding, and team logistics; maintain procurement and expense compliance.
  • Manage office space assignments and resources to support team growth and efficiency.
  • Serves as a role model to Business Support colleagues, demonstrating executive presence, and actively participates in the Business Support community.
  • Exercises the highest level of trust, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience partnering with other Executive Assistants.
  • Familiarity with headcount planning, budget tracking, and event management.
  • Adaptable in a team environment, building and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse group of contributors.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build deep cross-functional relationships.


Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $32.84 - $66.30 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $44.81 - $72.69 per hour.
