As a Cloud & AI Solution Area Specialist, you will be at the forefront of AI growth and disruption, guiding Microsoft's manufacturing enterprise customers through their cloud journey and helping them achieve their strategic goals. Using Azure’s IaaS and PaaS services, you will guide organizations through migration, modernization, optimization, and innovation—translating Microsoft Cloud & AI platform capabilities into significant business outcomes. You will collaborate with a team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and exceed monthly Cloud & AI revenue targets in your assigned accounts.
With a solid understanding of Azure security services and compliance frameworks you will help customers meet regulatory requirements and build Cloud environments that are ready for the future.

Responsibilities
You research competitor products, solutions, and/or services and collaborate with the "compete" global black belts (GBBs) to implement strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication.
You seek client feedback (both formal and informal) to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and execute plans to maintain and continue to build on it, and to identify and understand the drivers of dissatisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, and establish recovery action plans to improve clients' overall experience.
You manage the pipeline of the assigned territory and conduct forecasting for assigned accounts. You develop a portfolio and territory plan with guidance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Solid technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience
- Solid solution or services sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud & AI and/or manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
