Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of AI-powered features that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience across large-scale distributed systems.
- Define and own project scope and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term strategy.
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, high-performance distributed systems, driving technical excellence and innovation.
- Partner across teams and disciplines to achieve shared goals, influence decisions, and remove blockers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or related discipline.
Other Requirements:
- Proven ability to define scope, drive execution, and deliver complex technical projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies.
